As a member of our organisation, you will contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs that support our goals and objectives. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Successful applicants are expected to

  • Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure a smooth integration of new employees into the organisation.
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal processes to assess employee performance and development needs.
  • Guide managers on performance improvement plans and career development opportunities.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations, and update company policies accordingly.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, to ensure effective and efficient delivery.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in human resources management roles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong writing and communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
  • Attention to detail and critical thinking.
